Order
When you place an order online, you can choose to have it delivered to any mailing address.

Placing an order on our website is simple and takes just five steps:

1. Once you have added a Braaimaster product to your shopping cart, you can choose to order immediately (click on "Add to cart").
2. Once you have placed all the desired products in your cart, you can proceed to "Checkout." You can do this as a guest or as a regular Braaimaster customer by logging in.
3. Order overview: enter your details or check them (if you are logged in). The address you entered when creating your account is selected by default as the delivery address. You can also add a new address.
4. After that, you can choose the payment method.
5. Before clicking on the red "Place order" button, check your information and the order details. If something is not correct, you can still adjust the incorrect data.

SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped by DHL, Post, or carrier and will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks to the selected delivery address. If this time frame is exceeded, you can contact Braaimaster customer service.

CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel your order within the 5-day cooling-off period. If you wish to do so, please contact our customer service department. If the equipment has already been delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
