Designed for fast, even cooking, this rectangular stone guarantees a crispy pizza in just a few minutes. Thanks to its porous surface, heat is distributed evenly, ensuring a perfectly golden and crispy pizza base, just like in the best pizzerias.

Measuring 454 mm wide and 376 mm deep, this pizza stone fits perfectly into Braaimaster barbecues, whether freestanding or built-in. It is also compatible with other wood-fired barbecue models, making it extremely versatile. Whether you use a Braai or another type of barbecue, the PS01 pizza stone allows you to make homemade pizzas worthy of a chef in the open air.
The Braaimaster® pizza stone comes standard with the FireOven, but it is also available separately so you can add it to your existing equipment. Easy to use and maintain, this pizza stone is the essential tool for transforming your barbecue into a high-performance pizza oven.

The Braaimaster Collection: Outdoor Cooking Over a Wood Fire
Discover the Braaimaster collection, available in several versions: Black or Corten. The black version is made of stainless steel (304 stainless steel) and is covered with a heat-resistant powder coating. The Corten is made of Corten steel and has a particularly warm appearance, which is suitable for both modern and rustic gardens.

The unique principle of Braai
The Braaimaster incorporates a distinctive feature: a firebox specially designed to facilitate lighting and quickly produce embers. The fire is contained within this box, allowing the embers to fall naturally. You can then distribute them according to the desired cooking intensity. This means your food is cooked solely by the heat of the embers, without direct contact with the flames. Although the Braaimaster is primarily designed for use with natural wood, it is also possible to use charcoal. However, charcoal will not provide the same pleasant heat or warm atmosphere as flames.
Ingenious grooves on the left and right sides of the interior of the box allow accessories to be positioned horizontally, preventing them from tipping over when removed from the Braai.
