SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Control
When you place an order online, you can choose to have it delivered to any postal address. You can also pick up your order at a collection point in your area.
Placing an order on our website is simple and takes place in five steps:
1. Once you have added a nomadiQ product to your basket, you can choose to order it immediately (click on “Add to basket”).
2. Once you’ve placed all the products you want in the basket, you can proceed to “Checkout”. You can perform this operation as a guest or as a regular nomadiQ customer via your connection.
3. Order overview: enter your contact details or check them (if you are logged in). The address you entered when creating your account is selected as the default delivery address. You can also add a new address, and it’s also possible to have the order delivered as a gift to another person.
4. After that, you can choose your payment method. Payment by iDEAL is always free of charge. Postage for a barbecue is free for shipments within Europe.
5. Before clicking on the red “Place order” button, check your information and order details. If something is wrong, you can still adjust the incorrect data.
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped by PostNL (in the Netherlands and Belgium) and will generally be delivered within 3 working days to the delivery address you have selected. If this time limit is exceeded, you can contact nomadiQ customer service.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period. If you wish to do so, please contact our customer service department.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be shipped in Switzerland with Postfinances. We work with tracking and tracing codes. For international shipments, we work with various partners, but in most cases with DPD.
